1. Take a good breakfast

Do not skip breakfast. This is the first meal after a long night, and your body needs energy to start the day. Breakfast helps wake up your intestines and begin digestion. If you do not take breakfast, you'll be more tempted (e) to snack during the day.

2. Drink water

Drink a glass of water before meals promotes good digestion. In addition, it is important to drink water to remove toxic substances and waste from your body. Drink 1.5 liters of water per day.
